Biography:
Mr. Conley is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on labor and employment disputes, with an emphasis on workplace discrimination, unpaid wages and overtime, covenants not to compete, and federal employee matters. In addition, he has substantial experience in mediation, settlement negotiations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully litigated employment cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, at arbitrations and before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Arizona Civil Rights Division and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Conley is a Major in the United States Army Reserve, a member of the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps and a former military prosecutor and Army Labor Counselor. Mr. Conley is also a licensed pilot. Mr. Shields and Mr. Conley have practiced together since March 2000.
